I have seen a number of posts about the glass tail gate squeaks. On my August 2010 TDV8 the Plastic/Rubber surround around the glass touches the LHS of the body when the rubber stops are adjusted correctly to allow easy closing with lots of squeaking during normal road driving. The clearance on the right hand side is 2-3mm. I have temporarily adjusted the rubber stops out so the glass hatch does not tough the body (a seam filler actually) which causes the glass hatch to be hard to close. The fix is to remove the spoiler and adjust the glass hatch hinges to give clearance with body work (have not had time to do this yet). With only 1-2mm clearance on either side getting the hatch adjusted will not be easy.
