Anybody got a copy of the GTR workshop manual as need some torque figures for front suspension works??

Most of them for the front suspension nuts and bushes etc as working through the technical bulletins 123 and 204v3... 2005 (55) RRS 4.2 V8 S/C Buckingham Blue
All bulbs changed for LED's
