Personally the price i had in mind is below trade to be honest, given the length of MOT / Tax and the fact it is needing rear tyres soon plus it has missed a service.

Like i say i am just considering at the minute and have not even asked her if she would like one of these.

What may help your advert though is if you list the number of previous owners, and a little more on the spec of the vehicle, sell it as much as possible. While extras don't really increase the value they do make a car a more appealing purchase against a lesser spec.

TBH I hadn't properly looked at it's value in Parkers etc I just looked at the others for sale with the same mileage and adjusted for a quicker sale.

Perhaps I was a bit wild with my first guess.

I'll leave it up for a bit but may have to revise my asking price sooner than later if I'm going to join the RRS club.

Also I've adjusted the tread depth on the rear tyres now that i've actually checked them and they're around 6mm (not that it makes much of a difference) and reduced the price to £6000.

The lowest I would go is £5500 which is honouring the £500 reduction on asking price I said I would offer through RRSport.

May be withdrawing from sale and waiting a few months till the soft top market warms up a bit (and the weather). Have been offered a better px value for my other car which I was going to sell later in the year anyway.

What RRS are you looking for? Happy to give £5500 (if as described) in part-exchange against something we have in stock.

Thanks for the offer James but i've already found the RRS i'm after. TDV8, Black with Ivory interior. I had a quick look on your site and don't see one with that spec in my price bracket There is a lovely 59 plate though. I would have loved to do business with you especially after all the reviews on this site but maybe when I decide to upgrade in the future.

I'll keep an eye out for a black/ivory for you. Sadly such a vehicle rarely gets as far as the website as each Sales Exec usually has a few customers who have left their details.
