Hi gys im new here and looking to buy a sport but have narrowed it down to two in my price range, can i get some advice which is a better car...

SPORT 1 = 2007 07 reg 3.6 TDV8 HSE in stormaway grey black leather full spec from a main dealer stratstone but with 67,000 miles mint condition and warrenty for 1 year etc £27995

SPORT 2 = 2008 57 reg 2.7 TDV6 SE in stormaway grey cream leather has rear DVD system less miles at 41,000 remainder of manifacturers warrenty mint condition also but not main dealer car £28,000

I like the V8's power and trim better colour wise but is the miles and year older an issue ??

Is the TDV8 a better car than the TDV6 ??

If you had asked 2007 TDv8 v a 2010 TDv6 then it would still be the TDv8. But as everybody has said before, the 2007 TDv8 eats the 2008 2.7TDv6 in every area. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The problem you have is that the better car is not in the best place, remember there is more to the purchase than the vehicle, you need to consider the agent selling it and that would be a major concern for me.

Is the non-franchised outlet also a Land Rover specialist, selling only used Land Rovers, or is it just a 2nd hand car dealer. It was the mileage i was more concerned with 67k at 41k for same money..

I must admit the TDV8 was very responsive i thinks its going to be the TDV8 like....  Live life to the full its the only one your getting.

when purchasing the vehicle should be 95% your concern. After all if still under warranty you can take it anywhere to get stuff fixed. On that note... TDV8!!!!!!!
