2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Buckingham Blue

Engine surge at acceleration

Doing 50 km/h, i accelerated rapidly, when the engine sudenly stoped to produce power and so the acceleration stoped suddenly...

All i could see on the dash info screen was something like: SPECIAL PROGRAM...something...., before this message disappeared.
It all happened to fast to read the whole message!

Therafter the car reacted normal again.

Anybody knows this message, or this problem? SW

Could be EGR problems!! Have a dealer or specialist look at the problem all should be logged on ECU!!
