I have always used Lookers (CHPR) for services etc but I'm afraid my current dealings have not been good.

I took my car for its MOT on the 16th March where a warranty card was opened for the knocking front suspension. I thought that all the parts required had been ordered and booked the car in for its 3yr service and suspension work 2 weeks later.

At the service, apparently the current technical bulletin was followed but they didn't have any mass dampers. I was told that they were ordered and should be here on tues this week. The knocking since the service has been the worst it has ever been so I rang on tues and was told there was a supply issue with the dampers and they had no idea when they would be in.

These parts should have been ordered for my car 1 month ago and now I have more of a problem than I started with!! 2013 RRS SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

That's not fair - i found you a superb £ to beat which you then did

and I forgot to mention the car (both inside and out) was the cleanest it has been since I bought it!!
