dvd changer problems

Hi all
i have a few problems with my 06 RRS dvd entertainment system, my rear 6 cd dvd changer keeps on saying no disc when i put a dvd in there, me be me thought it needed cleaning so i put a cleaning disc through it and it played the cleaning music. so i dont think its dead.
oh and one of the rear headrest screens doesnt work either

any experience on this anyone?

had a lot of trouble with discs, an expensive Friends set did not play at all and always showed No Disc. Turned out that although bought reputably, were copies and CD player could not read them purple people eater

ahh i see so it may be the dvds i have, it plays cds fine if that makes any difference?
i have a nasty feeling that its not the dvds but maybe the fibre optic cable Crying or Very sad

hi all
well iv tried most of my collection of dvds and it now either says that it has no disc in all 6 slots or it just says checking all the time?
im pulling my hair out on this one.
does anyone have any other advice? Big Cry

well to be honest, im going to be driving down to Amsterdam and among other places soon and my passengers want to watch dvds on the way down.
plus...... i have a dvd player and i want the f*cker to work! simples

would it be a software problem?
