After i had my RRS diagnosed by a LR mechanic i was told that my EGR valves were faulty, he then replaced them in a homer only to receive a call telling me that the fault was not with the EGR valves and it was an internal fault with the turbo/actuator, this was after going through the codes on the LR diagnostic machine.

This was in Nov 09, the car has been in my garage since then as i work away alot.
I stripped and replaced the turbo today and the fault is still the same.

I'm hoping that the fault code just requires clearing and it was the turbo, but i'm not getting my hopes up as i think ive just wasted alot of money. Any ideas if the fault code would require clearing or should it just have been a straight plug and play.

The fault with the RRS was very flat and wouldn't rev over 1000rpm, all special programmes unavailable.

What was the fault code? Malaysia Boleh!
