TBH living on a foreign Island like you do and DVLA a pain in the a you are asking top money for what is going to be a more elongated involved process than just buying one on the mainland.

If your pricing is not keen then there really is no incentive

Arrh yes, but the Isle of Man is not at foreign Island and the car came from the UK so its very straight forward. No need for SVA type approval or any of that as it was on a UK plate less than 10 months ago.

I've done it 5 times before and its no sweat

Still have to go to a local DVLA office though !

Foriegn, well your not in the United Kindom not sure the British Isles counts
