'Engine System Fault' = Turbo Boost Control A Performance??

Hi Guys,

Just recently purchased my RRS 2.7 TDV6 2005, i bought the vehicle and had it diagnosed by an Independent specialist because the performance was quiet poor, felt sluggish AND everytime id start or stop the car the computer would bring up 'Engine System Fault'

The problem was identified as the EGR Valves, so replaced both and Reset the ECU, all the old fault codes have vanished but theres one which keeps coming back up saying: Turbo Boost Control A Performance???

The garage said needs more looking into, but since the new EGR valves were fitted the cars still Sluggish!! HELP
!!

Much Apreciated

Hi max55uk,

when i was looking for an rrs, i was about to purchase one when the same error 'system engine fault' appeared, this also was diagnosed as an erg problem, but once that was replaced another check on the system showed that the car needed a new turbo unit.e

but as always im sure the garage will let you know what the problem is.
