I seem to remember the details on how to do so are in the manual. I think you can do it yourself. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

You will need to remove the front grill, then behind each headlight, there is a small lever to move position....all instructions in the manual Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

There are also a few other posts on the forum regarding this, IIRC there is even one with a scanned copy of the owner's manual page. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

If your car has HID's, you simply open the bonnet, look for the round covers on the back of the unit, take them off, and to the right of the transfo, you'll have a lever, which allows you to "flatten" the light beam... |
