Can I add TV option to my RR Sport, it had DVD, rear screens in head rest ect, just need to know if there is anyway I can add the TV function to the original system?

try nav-tv.co.uk or the forum sponsors. I believe CAT ESSEX have a unit which allows you to integrate an alpine dvb tv tuner into the front screen and rear and allow you to watch it whilst in motion (for the passengers of course).

In regards to cost approx £500- 600 PLUS INSTALLATION.

Theres loads in the forum about the different options in regards to enable this option but i have found the above method to be the most OEM like, as they allow the front navigation unit to control your aftermarket accessories. If you so wish you can even add rear cameras and ipod integration. there is no limit.
