Real life problems.....real people.....friend of mine, her mother retired after working 40 years - earlier this year she invested all her money is RBS shares and today she has seen nearly all of it gone.......ok she doesn't need it now, but she can't be sleeping well at night...

Saying this, I am none too pleased Ken Clarke is back in town either......but it's hard seeing a way out of any of this. ban TV, Media etc reporting on this - after all much of the gloom is based on perception......but could any of us come up with a successor? On the oil question - It isn't anybody's in particular since the seabed and what is under it is a UK national resource. But all the taxes from it belong to the Crown.
