Do a search on autotrader and you will find a UK dealer that is doing the HSE for £39k, this is a new car that has been to Cyprus and back. I never managed to find a cheaper new car.

Agreed the exchange rate is not at all favourable but seems some dealers are really stuck with them and TDV8's are available at silly money!

Yep, unfortunately he is right. With the amount of money I paid for my 2 year-old RRS TDV6 (LHD) in Germany I could easily buy a new TDV6 or a one-year-old TDV8 (RHD) in Britain. Surely I wouldn't have done that if the cars were cheaper as new ones over here...
