LPG conversion

Has anyone had thier RRS coverted to LPG?? What are your thoughts??

I hear there are a number of diesel conversions as well. Anyone know anything about that? TDV6 - gone

From what I heard a year or more ago, was that the diesel conversions were only cost effective on large lorries, not cars. Things may of changed now. I would assume it would be even less cost effective now as LPG costs more and is getting more difficult to find. Many stations now seem to have the LPG pump taped up or removed all together. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!

Matt,
You are correct.
You need to run on a mixture of diesel and LPG, so the benefits aren't as great. Therefore, you need to drive much further to get a return on the cost of conversion.
