I think the cash is going to win! I missed on a new LHD Full Fat Vogue TDV8 at £45k so somewhat bitter now when it comes to spending money!

How quickly do you want a TDv8?
I assume the 2009MY car is dealer stock whereas the 2010MY might not be and you will have a wait for it to arrive, but then also you get the spec you want too!

Welcome - tough one this. The new RRS is a great upgrade but at £18k more I really don't know what I would do. If you can afford it go for the new model if money is tight go for the MY2009.
