can anybody tell me LR's UK customer support e-mail address and whether or not there is a line manager at the top end whom can be contatced directly insted of a general rep.

many thanks for that, i think you are right as it was something I was also considering doing, it does seem to be a strange set up though, LR seem to pass it off as part of the owning a RRS experience.
