just been speaking to an independent 4 x 4 speacialist and seems to think the is no need to remove the knob to reset the handbrake sensor as the dealership have indicated.

Just trying to solve a problem with a HSE sport,basically the dealer service enginner could not remove the knob on the top of the gearstick to acces the gear select module to reset a faul ...
