Can anyone help with mot repairs please

I'm disabled with a spinal cord injury and now been diagnosed with thoat cancer. I'm having treatment's and appointments regularly. My car failed the mot and we need it. There was someone going to repair it but he let us down. Now we need the car, I'm willing to pay.
It's a 2006 Range rover sport HSE 2.6 v6 . This is the fail sheet. Thankyou very much for all of your time today and help. I live in warrington Cheshire.

Joe you're certainly having a rough time of it, hope the treatments work for you. The fail sheet you mention hasn't been uploaded to your post though
