Anti roll bar bushes - rubber or Poly?

I'm going to get the anti roll bar bushes and drop links done on my 2012 RRS.

Whats the thoughts on fitting O.E spec rubber or polyurethane bushes?

Rubber tends to dry out and creak. We fit polys, and never had one come back Thumbs Up

Which ones do you use out of interest?

I have them on my front ARBs and I've not heard a knock in 40k+ miles. Will likely replace any other with poly as they come to need replacement

I've seen online that there are two types,
One for a vehicle with ACE, and one without.
Being new to this vehicle, is there any way to tell which I have, so I order the correct ones?

Thanks for any help.

If you pop the bonnet and check to see if you have an extra fluid reservoir with a yellow cap (like your power steering) on the front left hand side of the engine bay, if you have this then you have hydraulic ARB’s then you have ACE/Dynamic Response
