Seeing it's the V6,, why not blank them off rather than replace, a lot easier compared to the likes of the V8 2010 RRS, TDV8

Thanks for the reply, I have seen a lot of people saying this and am talking to my mechanic, but I am also aware that it is now against the law in the UK, so was looking for some advice on the best quality valves available.

If you fit the blanking plates and leave the pipe work in, nobody can visually see 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue. |

I can't find the post but sure someone said 2007 onwards would require a software patch to stop the Engine Management Light from coming on?

Yep I’m sure you’re right . 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue. |

Maybe I an wrong but I thought it was only the V8 that required a software update if blanking the egr's. Quite a common problem on the V6 but not so on the V8 2010 RRS, TDV8
