If you move the steering wheel the angle sensor will still be out.

A lot of the bushes have been replaced, i don't think the steering angle sensor will alter with removing the steering wheel and replacing it straight. The car was slightly pulling to the left before the ARB bushes were replaced. Now it pulls straight but it's made the wheel out, But by quite a bit. I can always reset the sensor i suppose if it does throw an error. |

I was taking mine for alignment and rather enthustically pushed it out of a roundabout.

I had the steering angle sensor showing faults after i did the lower front arms and track rod ends. It was like driving on ice, with the dashboard lit up like christmas. 2 x new tyres and 4 wheel alignment put this right, and it drives good now. |

I pulled my steering wheel back central by slight adjustment of the track rods, as long as you tweak them by the same amount one in one out will not alter tracking, the amount of thread showing on the rod is supposed to be within a couple of mm of each other. Reset steering angle sensor afterwards, wheel now dead centre and drives as straight as a die and alignment spot on.

No i just have the normal ARB's. When i fitted the bottom arms a couple of months ago, i replaced the 2 track rod ends at the same time. I had 2 new tyres fitted the week before. I had 4 wheel tracking and all was fine until i fitted the ARB bushes.
