Your right,, the compressor is located by the rear nearside passenger door. I wouldn't have thought the system would be throwing out rusty water as it has its own filter dryer on the end of the compressor but their is still a good chance you have a leak. I would go armed with some soapy water in a spray bottle and work along the pipes as best you can to see if you can spot any leaks. Some of the early compressors suffered from cracked end plates but you will have to remove the cover from the bottom of the compressor to get a look at it. Other than that the valve blocks sometimes stick causing issues, this is located on the rear axle I think,, it can be cleaned and serviced if your handy with spanner or two. 2010 RRS, TDV8

OK thanks, somewhere too start. Thinking about it over night something sticky sounds feasible as I have this morning noticed that over night the corner hasn't dropped and is still at the same height as the other side so would almost like to rule out a leak as would think the one side would drop if there was a leak? 2008 RRS 2.7TD in Stornoway grey, black leather and 22 inch alloys

Sounds logical,, if you had a leak on one corner it would always drop at that side I think. 2010 RRS, TDV8

Fuse 26 then. I did do a search on here and saw a suspension issue and the guy removed fuse number 3 which was a 5amp so thought it was that one.

You ensure the car is at a decent high height, i.e it has recently been driven.

OK so following morning, although a slight difference to begin with last night and the removal of fuse 26 this morning there is no difference in the heights, both exactly the same so guessing no leaks.

It was in the normal drive mode when I parked up and the fuse was the 20amp yellow one as in your picture 2008 RRS 2.7TD in Stornoway grey, black leather and 22 inch alloys

Ok so im trying this again. I have had the engine running and have put the suspension right to the top then right to the bottom then back into the driving height, removed fuse 26 and I also removed fuse 3 which has the same logo as the 26 and ive now left it.
