we did exactly the same, had a 2006 sc for 7 years, tried all sorts of cars but then just bought a newer version. Initially i hated it after the sc, not having the diesel before, i didnt realise it was underpowered due to been clogged up. sorted that out and i love it. The newer model dash is so much more pleasing and going from the 0ld v6 you will probably knotice the extra power. If you can streatch to the 2012 256bhp and the 8 speed you will knotice considerable difference in refinement, central dial and power tail lift (unfortunately it is not split) MY12 RRS HSE
