2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

..... if i want to complain

probably a mundane question, but if I want to make a complaint to Land Rover about a main agent and their attitude, to whom should I address the complaint. I am still boiling over the snotty attitude I came up against when trying to have my PTI repaired. RRS TDV6 (gone)

I believe RRUK has the names of some fairly senior people within the LR customer service organisation... I'm sure he will PM then on when he sees this.
