Remote battery change

Just had a 'smart let battery low' warning come up on the dash, anyone know what tyre of battery these take, and do these need resetting once a new battery has been fitted?

John

as above ^

if you have never had the emergency key out, which you need to do to change the battery, it may be a bit stiff and feel like you are going to break it before the cover splits Rolling Eyes

heck your fbh remote fob if you have one, that's the battery that no one seems to stock

Thumbs Up

Hi, J2D.

Have a look at the following thread I posted some while ago. It shows how to replace the battery in the remote keyfob on the MY10-13 model.

No reset needed when I changed mine.

Russ. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute.
