Do you need 7 seats and acres of space with pretty poor pace by all accounts from its weedy 2ltr 4 pot engine and "only" AWD (Volvo), or a lot more pace with a bit less space but unbeatable off road performance and full 4WD with low ratios? Have you thought about a new F Pace if AWD is all you need, it has huge boot space, great looks and 5 seats, it can also be had with 3.0ltr S/C V6 or the SDv6 or even the Ingenium 2.0ltr and rumoured to be an SVR version coming along. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

The Range Rover should have lost £1000 - £1500 per month from new already so depreciation should come down the older the car gets.

Well this is an interesting choice, a 4WD vs a Soft roader. If you are going for the soft roader then there are a lot better choices than the Volvo IMO. V8 or V6 Diesel Touareg , SQ5 Audi . Macan , Q7 perhaps , all these are cheaper new than the RRS. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW. |
