Online Vehicle Purchasing from 7th Sept

Just seen that JLR are launching fully online vehicle purchasing from 7th September. Hopefully this will put some pressure on the dealer network to do things better as it completely cuts them out.

New 'dealer' within the shopping centre too.

Amazing, i dont have to use the s Censored hainault service centre anymore.

Hainault did change to Grange recently.... Shame they didnt change some staff also. Still as bad as always.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!

I have bought many new other car brands and the purchase of my RRS from Lookers in Battersea was by far the worse experience.

Be interesting to see how you go about rejecting a vehicle with a virtual dealership... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Yeah, should be but getting them to come and get it and then chasing for payment. Not like you can walk in and loudly demand satisfaction on a busy day... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
