Think you may have misread opening post Andy, he said anything over £75 is covered which is correct and likewise yours is also correct as the LR 24 month Dealer warranty covers up to £750 on the MOT.
The Dealer has the right of which MOT station to use rather than the cars owner unfortunately, I tried to choose one of my own test centres, and dealer produced terms and conditions booklet which states they choose. Could also be because they only pay £36.00 for test and you have to pay full rate. John
