Brembo Brake Upgrade

This may have been covered before, but is there any order for bleeding the front brakes once the Brembo callipers/Discs have been fitted, i.e. NS/OS or OS/NS? Thanks guys Thumbs Up Best Regards

There is a procedure in the Workshop Manual but basically start Furthest from Master Cylinder N/S/R, O/S/R, N/S/F, O/S/F.

Nothing really complicated.

Cheers

Thanks Col, rear callipers to be bled even though I'm not touching the rears? As you are aware there are 2x bleed nipples on the Brembo callipers, can I presume I only need to bleed from one of them per calliper i.e. the outers? Best Regards

Hi Tony,

Found this bit, obviously Brembos are the High Performance Brakes.

14. WARNING: High performance front brake calipers have two
bleed points. The inner bleed point must be bled before the outer
bleed point. Braking efficiency may be seriously impaired if an
incorrect bleed sequence is used.

You probably don't really need to bleed rears, personally I would do it as ideal opportunity for fluid change which can't do any harm for the sake extra few quid for fluid.

Cheers
Col
