I don't think it's a fault as such, more likely damage to the switch. You may be able to get away with a simple repair or it may require the panel to be replaced, without actually removing the part you won't know for sure.

All parts fitted in LR dealerships, service centres are guaranteed for a minimum of one year, some two years,

Thanks for the input guys. There doesn't seem to be any impact damage on the button, it may have been broken for a while and I haven't noticed as I hardly ever use it. It just seems funny that the car went to the garage and now it has a fault. The garage is an independent, I sort of know the guy. Thing is, on the parts he has changed for me, he wouldn't have been anywhere near the suspension would he? I'm just wondering if he's accidentally forgotten to re-attach something or similar along those lines.

Everything barring the TRE is suspension. You need the fault code reading and recording then go from there ...

I just had the tracking done and the guy cleared the fault code before I could note it down but he said it was:

The air suspension control module is not in the terrain response panel (that's the air suspension control switch).

Hello thanks for the response. The terrain response panel is because the button to lower my suspension has somehow broken.
