RRS MY12 Brake upgrade

Hi guys, after some help again please...

When braking I get a bit of wheel wobble through the steering wheel so I'm thinking the discs and pads need changing. Reading other threads it looks like these can be upgraded to the SC Brembo set... is this correct?

Daft question, but is this something the main dealer would do for me? If not, can someone recommend a company in North Yorkshire who could assist?

thank you

If your looking for someone to carry out the work check out Quattro auto are they are in Riccall which is right on your doorstep. As for fitting brembo' s, I think it depends on what size wheels you've got as some of the smaller ones will not fit over the bigger calipers. I' m sure there are a few threads on this subject. 2010 RRS, TDV8

Thanks gogsy.

I have 22" Overfinch Olara wheels.

I'm trawling ebay but really need to get the correct part numbers to ensure I get the right stuff.

Discs are known to warp due to people sitting with their foot on the brake in traffic causing hot spots following braking.

Upgrade is straightforward as I think its only the diesels that didnt come with Brembo's. For me the standard calipers are sufficient enough to pull up a 2.5 ton brick, replacement pads and discs are just over a ton as opposed to 600 - 700 for a Brembo setup in good condition

A 2012 RRS already has Brembo sized discs + pads. All you would be gaining is some visual stimulation Thumbs Up

Unless you are talking about the 6 pot upgrade...

I'm pretty sure mine doesn't have Brembo discs and pads. It's a 2012 HSE Lux SDV6...
