Re-furbed the Brembo's

A few weeks back i had Disco Mikey fit a set of front Brembo while the car was in to have the torque converter replaced.
im gonna be doing a lot of towing this year with my car transporter and race car so thought a brake upgrade was in order.

It took a good few days to complete the re-furb but as u you will see from the pictures the results are brilliant.
I spent a good few hours prepping and masking everything off and it has made all the diference.

I painted the callipers in Ferrari Rosso Red.

Before......

Starting the clean up........

Masked up.........

First coat.........

4 Coats later and new decals

wheels back on ....... Thumbs Up

Bought the decals from eBay myself Bladeboy. Went for the paint over ones as not sure if vinyl ones would stay on with pressure washer etc. 2015 RRS AB SDV6, Fuji White, Ivory

I got the decals from eBay,

Firstly I warmed the calliper up with a small Fan heater then applied the decals. Don't apply them to cold calliper's province they won't adhere properly and could come off.

Or, if you suffer from the same OCD as me, the grey hub doesn't match the dark wheel rim Embarassed

After you've put the decals on you could always spray clear lacquer on them & that will stop them coming of when power washing Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
