Heater Motor

Hi

I have a 2005 55 plate 2.7 TDV6 sport.

When i first switch for the heater motor to blow , all the lights come on sugessting fan speed but no blower action

for a couple of minutes. After blower has started working all speed settings work fine. Any ideas?

Many Thanks

Lazy relay (probably). Try swapping it with another (engine bay fusebox) and see if it cures it. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

There won't be a spare, if that's what you mean, but, you could swap temporarily with, for instance, the headlamp washer one. Then you'll be able to see if it is indeed the issue. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

On the back of the engine bay fusebox lid there's a diagram with symbols that should direct you to it. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
