United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 Autobiography Santorini Black
2015 Range Rover Sport Shark Fin antenna.

Just fitted the new Range Rover / Sport / Shark fin all in Dab Sat nav FM antenna. The results are outstanding. I use to have a drop in signal with the dab window antennas and decided to look into this upgrade. Looks the part as well really smart looking fin comes in gloss black from the factory. I've currently got FM, Dab and Sat nav all connected to the single fin. Landrover have now managed to put all the sources in one place. The result is much better.
I had to run extra fakra cables to it but the result is outstanding.

To remove the rear section ( to do it properly ) without creasing it, Remove both rear boot side wall panels these are the carpet side panels they are only clipped in. Once removed you then remove the rear upper panels covering seat belts. Then Unclip the edge of the headlining to expose the shark fin installed. Unplug the cables all cars are different you may have the single cable or 2. Then remove the 2 bolts securing the shark fin then it can be pulled away from the car roof.
The 2015 Shark Fin I opted for was £73. This had Europe DAB / Radio and sat nav installed inside. I'll find the part number if required. My local indie then traced the Radio cable from the side of car I then extended it. My sat nav just plugged in. Thumbs Up
Hope that helps.

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

I replaced my RRS1 one with the Shark fin one from the RRS2, twice in fact because the Sat Nav side of it failed both times, they were bought new from dealer not second hand. Whether I was just unlucky and they were faulty units and just failed or they are not really compatible with the RRS1 electronics I don't know, they did last a few months each time . Fitted a new original fitment one and has been perfect ever since. The part number of the RRS2 one I used is LR059756 if you want it.

Some of the Guy's who have RRS2's may be able to say if any of them have had issues with the aerials.

Cheers
Col
