Me and My RRS

OK just copied and pasted this from my intro,

Hi My names Dan, 35 from Norfolk Uk and I've just had the pleasure of getting my hands on a 2008 RRS with fantom styling. Im new to this forum but have frequented many others over the past years based on the vehicles I've owned. Also an avid member on the detailersworld forum, Coming from an Audi s4 Cabriolet and a few subarus and various others before that.

The RRS I purchased from my mother so that car is not exactly new to me..lol But as she has just taken delivery of her brand new V8S RRS autobiography, it seemed a shame to let it leave the family. It's like marmite some like the styling some don't.

Yep and I know she certainly maintained it, the slightest knock, rattle or squeak and it was right back in the dealers. I understand its not everyone's cup of tea, but hey if we all like the same things, life would be boring.
It's just done 56k miles and had the complete front anti-roll bar replaced along with the rear wiring for the parking sensors all new discs and pads and 4 new continental tyres fitted, as well as full dealership service history, and remapped to 220bhp its a lovely machine to drive.

I'm thinking about having the roof, front and rear pillars wrapped in gloss black as i like the look on my mothers new machine. although hers is factory produced.

My mums wont stay like that for long, she's not a fan of anything that just blends in to the crowd..lol

That is seriously well polished 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it
