Hi nice car but the niggles you have need sorting really Shocked DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY.

1. Noisy and heavy steering ??? s teering should be silent and easy to turn. I can turn mine with my little finger no problems. Thumbs Up

2. Door won't lock ??? Get that sorted ASAP.

3. Rubbers missing from doors what rubbers are you talking about

4. Wiring exposed from fuse box ??? There should be no wiring exposed all wiring inside the glovebox from the fuse box is neat and tidy. Do you have the corner trim missing in the footwell ??? If not someone has been tampering.

Hi

Thanks for the reply martin. Let me elaborate some more..

1. The steering is more heavy then noisy and tends to be at low speeds or cornering it tends to get heavy.

2. I'll get this fixed think must be a motor or latch issue hoping it won't be too expensive.

3. I'll ad d pics

4. Its underneath by he drivers seat can see wiring and fuse box shouldn't this be covered in some way??

Thanks
Jig

Fuse box is the passenger side. As said earlier steering should be light so be woth getting checked out.

Steering is speed sensitive and controlled by the air suspension module that lives on the driver's side a-pillar. It's accessed by way of the driver's footwell. Perhaps items 1 and 4 are in some way linked? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

OK sorry for confusion...

So for 4. its the fuse box/wiring underneath the seat which is exposed when you forward the seat all the way.

Latch issue has been fixed.

So only outstanding issue is with the heavy steering/loss of power to steering which is still affecting the car intermittently.

Any ideas or things I should check for?

Thanks
