Hi

I'm unable to figure out how to get the autodipping mirror feature to work on my brand new RRS. According to the manual there should be an option to turn this on/off under Vehicle Setup, but in my car this option is not present/not visible. This feature should be standard on all models, so I don't think this is something that my car just don't have.

My model is tdv6 hse.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or can tell me what I am doing wrong?

I'm guessing it will be similar mine, press the right hand button on the steering wheel, this will bring up a menu on the dashboard. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through the options and you will come to the reverse dip mirror option. Check or uncheck the box to make your choice.  2010 RRS, TDV8

Car needs to be in reverse when you set the mirrors up.

My problem is that the auto dipping menu item is not present in the menu. Changing the mirrors while in reverse has no effect. I'm starting to think that since I have heated mirrors, but not memory seats, this feature is unavailable, but according to the specs all models should have auto dipping. My local garage had a look at it yesterday, but they didn't have a clue.

I think this feature is only available with the memory pack option.

Yes, you're probably right. Even though the brochure says that all models have this... We had the dealer look at this, and we never got it to work.

Yes, the reverse dip mirrors are only available with the memory seat pack.
