New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black
5.0 Ltr Supercharger

Hi

Already have a Tdv8 and thinking of buying a 5.0 Supercharger as well, looking at a Autobiography on a 11 plate with 40k on the clock.

Apart from the usual stuff on the Sport, anybody know of any known issues to look for with these engines, transmission, axles etc.

Not from a Main Dealer but will have it checked by dealer and take out L/R Extended Warranty for it.

Cheers
Col

You don't hear much bad said about that engine on here, not sure if because it really is a peach, or if there is just not that many people with them, therefore the sample size is very small.
Either way, had a test drive in one before I got my SDV6 and they are a fantastic drive Cool ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Watch for the wiring harness burning through when it passes over the supercharger unit at around 50-60k miles. Otherwise fantastic engine, you will not regret it! But it is bloody fast, don't ever lend it to someone who may want to be flash, they will write it off!

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Decided to buy one in the end, 12 Plate Autobiography Santorini Black with Ivory/Ebony "Monaco" Trim with Piano Black.
26k on the clock with all the toys, Dual view screen, surround camera system, rear entertainment, sunroof etc. and just about every other thing you can think of.
Really pleased with it and it and goes like stink.

Just got to decide what to do with the Tdv8 now, quite attached to it really but can only drive one at a time, so I guess so it will have to go.

Cheers
Col

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

Having continually said I wouldn't, have been looking at these too. As I did 3400 this year in my Fullfat, come to the conclusion that I might as well have petrol and stop being a skinflint trying to use my lorry fuel card. It will only buy diesel. 👀
Seems to be lots of bargains out there compared to SD/TD's. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

I have a 54 plate super charger v8. Sometimes I think I prefer it more than my aston Martin db9!!

Great motor

One random question, would U guys go to Landrover to get your breaks done or would you get it done from a independent dealer?
