RR hse 2007 4.4 starting issue

Hello there
I have AN ISSUE WITH MY RRSPORT HSE 4.4 2007. After i had replaced the vanos the vehicle wont start again the ignition lights on but wont turn over or cranking it look like transmission fault displayd on instrument cluster
Any idea ?
