I don't know yet, I've just forked out on a rear calliper, new brake lines all round as they were showing signs of corrosion on a recent MOT. Ive also had it steam cleaned and wax oiled underneath so ive done the hidden bits.

Cheers RRS,

To be Honest its nothing I've done its all the hard work and expense of a previous owner but I think they did a cracking job.

I've had afew issues with it, MOT was due, exhaust manifold started blowing, cracked alloy, brake pads and sensors, no spare wheel or winch. 4 wheel alignment needed doing so its been abit of a hassle.

After afew heated phone calls with the dealer they eventually covered all the costs and some extra for the hassle but it should have been done in the first place, so all is good now. Very Happy

"Go Easy" is very good advice.

Its nice, it has just a little too much colour coding for me but if I were you, I wouldn't do anymore or you will make it all look too aftermarket and chavved up. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

I don't like any coding so bottom of doors and under rear bumper valance is too much for me.

I am not mad on side steps on the RRS either, a bit of a nuisance in the sand as they lower the car. But, its all personal taste Mr Hunter, we are all different.

I would leave it alone if it were mine (which it ain't so Neil can do what he likes) Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Oh, but all the things you just said are optional extras or as standard on the top spec models from Land Rover...so they must deem them desirable also. I think they look better colour coded. But its all subjective... Gone but not forgotten, 2005 RRS SC first edition, BMW 2010 Z4,TVR Tamora, TVR Cerb, MERC SL 55 AMG, E46 M3, Z4, Jag S type R, Skyline R33 GTR 640 bhp, Evo FQ 400, L322 RR, X5, Lotus Esprit V8 twin turbo, Lotus Elise 135r, Nissan Murano, Honda S2000, 911, Boxster s...and a few more

Well personally I love the way it looks, that's why I bought it! As for the side steps there great as ive got a 4 year old and as she says, " I can do it myself " Coming out of a BMW 330i its like night and day for access with the chimps.

I understand all sides and any pointers in my direction will be appreciated as this is my first RRS.

PS, It puts a big grin on my face when when I give it the go-go juice Thumbs Up
