Landrover Topix site?..

Guys, can anyone register to view car details on Topix site? I tried to register but think you need to be a dealer. How can I log on to view my vehicle details?
Thanks 2011 RRS 3.0TDV6 HSE Santorini Black, black leather, 22" Calibre Altus black / polished wheels, full colour coded.

I managed to register from this link but you need to use the VIN number to get any detail and then pay money to get the technical documents.

The website has changed since I registered but the link above looks right - parts are free to owners and others you need to pay or be a dealer.
