Hi mate- bit gangsta for me but whatever floats your boat, would look much better with silver wheels. I think it's expensive- I recently paid that kind of money for a 55 plate with 66k on it. It should have sat nav if it's a pukka HSE. 15-16k would be a more realistic price IMO. As said, one owner is good. Should have had the belts done, and may be in the lower road tax bracket.

Agree with the first reply, make sure everything works.....when I bought mine I had faulty parking sensor, faulty door actuator, and sticky egr valves. Having said that it had full lrsh and I paid about £5000 less than forecourt price by buying private. Take your time to get the right car, it took me 6 months to find mine.I personally also think the car your looking at is a bit too pimped up but thats a personnal choice, as long as the works done properly. I always buy private and totally standard, do any mods myself if needs be. I've got AA parts and labour cover, less than £100 per year and pays for repairs up to £500. You want this! In the last 2 years ive had battery, alternator, electronic parking brake actuator all replaced on this policy. Finally, stay away from main dealers and find yourself a good 4x4 specialist. You dont need polished floors to be a good mechanic. Check for uneven tyre wear, 4 wheel alignment is often required and to do the job properly requires land rover computer software. Cost about £80 if you can find someone to do it right (theres a guy in Malvern who knows what hes doing). You can do a lot of work yourself with the help of google, ive fitted side steps, parking sensors, door actuator and blanked off my egr valves and im no mechanic. Sorry for the lengthy reply, wife and daughter are watching Disney films!! |

Personally I'd stay way from cars that owners have played with. While there are exceptions in my experience often the changes are cosmetic and spending on real care and maintenance is frequently neglected. You'll need to inform your insurers of all the modifications.

Very much agrees with RRSTDV8- that's looks like a lovely motor and a fair price. And a sunroof which I think is a great extra. |

IMO it irrelevant if someone has made it look gangsta! That doesn't mean they will have neglected the rest of the car.
