No, idiots speed in built up areas. Motorways are our safest roads even though a large percentage of vehicles are travelling at significantly greater than the legal speed limit. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Speeding on the motorway is stupid, the police can catch you before you have even seen them. I for one value my passengers safety so therefore stick to the speed limits. Just because a large percentage of vehicles do it doesn't make it right. |

Your first two sentences are non sequitors. Whether the police can catch you has no bearing on passenger safety. Indeed, sticking to the speed limit has nothing to do with passenger safety either. Driving to the conditions is how you protect passenger safety. But that's a whole different discussion... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
