2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Under car LED

Has any one seen or tried this mod?

I hate the idea of tacky neons but some LED lights that come on when the car is unlocked and fade out after a while would be a really nice touch I think.

Maybe that wasnt the best video to use to explain what I meant.

Just a small set of LEDS to illuminate under the sidesteps when you unlock it, and fade out after 30 secs or so.

I can see a use for it as a way of providing puddle lights before you open the door (i.e. as you approach on your return to the vehicle). It could very easily look "chav" though and probably wouldn't be so effective once covered with road grime / mud. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

You could also have them illuminated to show that you are selling gear, and out when you don't have anything to deal. I think that it will reinforce the image of the RRS!

Must admit that it is at least different to the usual mods favoured hereabouts and thus is to be celebrated - if not actually encouraged

I wish that mine had the puddle/courtesy lamps in the mirrors like my Freelander2 HSE did.
There must be a way of wiring in a high power round LED & drilling a small hole into the bottom of the mirror casing. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute.

If you really want to add value try a set of these
Fleabay eBay Item No. 370710476493 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜
