Judder/vibration

Morning guys,

Hope you are all enjoying the snow!

This might have been covered before, but I am at a loss.

My car has a judder when cold or warm and under load, when I was coming off the m6 onto the m1 to go past a lorry the judder was really bad.
Also the judder/vibration is felt when driving on the motorway (70-80mph). It's not as bad but can be felt through the whole car.

I have had all the tracking done, 4 new tyres and all balanced.

Anyone got any ideas? As its doing my head in with the amount of miles I do

Scotty

Do you run wheels larger than 19in? If so, does your RRS have the damped steering rack? If not, the rack might be failing.

Alternatively, check the wheel bearings for excess play. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Hi there

I'm running 20 inch stormer alloys. How can I tell if it has the damped steering rack.
