2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Errrm..... I purchased through Stratstones, Newport Pagnell, who gave me the best deal out of the other 3 LR dealerships I went to. They also gave me 2 LR Experience days, along with a cut price service package.

Am I the ONLY RRS owner on here who has received good service from Stratstones then?

I bought my RRS My12 from Stratstone, great when they are taking your money I guess, but after service is questionable, common of most dealers nowadays.
Mine is only 3 weeks old and has spent 5 days back at the garage already, no major issues just the rear tailgate will not open ocassionally, had 2 software downlaods, worked for a few days and gone again !!
They cannot seem to be able to find a fix, problem now with Land Rover awaiting instruction.
Cannot complain Stratstone gave me a brand new Discovery on loan whilst mine was in with 80 miles on the clock

Ady 555 , someone mentioned that you had problems? What was the fix?

My issue with the rear tailgate was that it would not close properly first time everytime It shut about one in every four attempts, 5 visits later they fixed it with some new struts, They tried lubing the lock, that didn't work, so they lubed the tailgate seal, that didn't work, so they replaced the struts because one was leaking and its been right ever since Hope you get yours sorted very soon.
