Hey all, just got a brand new detatchable tow bar off ebay but im not sure as to which electric wiring loom to get, i saw this one

Can someone tell me if this is the one i need, planning to tow a caravan, or have you bought a different one ????

Looking at the price of the one you are considering i would get the real deal from a stealer, not that much different in price, around £100 fitted at my dealer.

you can get genuine lr dual electrics kit from dealer in spares dept for about £85 all in and instructions very simple plug and play ( pardon the pun )

includes additional wiring lighting loom lead

but looking at the ebay one it would work also

Beefbops, I see you are from prestwick, give Ayr trailer centre a call in green St , they did mine including the detachable tow bar for £300, obviously the bar is most of that I would think, you will need the 13 pin setup if you have a running fridge and stuff in the 'van. From the amount of rear panels that came off it is a braver man than me that attempts to fit it themselves!!

Some of the Ebay sales show their electrics to fif both the Disco & Sport
One word of caution, the Disco one is NOT the same as the Sport. I had the 13 pin set up installed by a main dealer with fuse box etc fitted in the spare wheel well.

Why not try "The Large One" Nick on the Disco 3 site, bet he would do you a discounted deal In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
