Try owners direct, I have used them for last 10 years without a hitch, it is as it says you deal with owner, there can be a big variance on price, depending on location, but we have always cone up trumps with owners who only want a contribution to running costs rather than a return on the investment , most ones we have had were British owned in Italy, and usually pay £800 to £1200 in high season for 4 bedroom and pool
