Even if for the front seat passenger, if a cop catches you, you'd get pulled. Unlike the FFRR, where the TV can't be viewed when driving from the drivers side.

FFRR not sure what this is Nick and when you say you can get DVD to run in motion I assume you are referring to on the move? How do I get the front seat passenger to view it only? Cheers Nick its all new to me! I'm still blown away that I can watch tv when in park!!! RRS |

Well the ffrr is the bigger brother full fat range rover and they come with a funky split angle screen where the passenger can watch tv/dvd on the move and the driver can see the navigation at the same time RRS 2010 model in Bali blue

I asked in a range rover Dealership today for the DVD screen that can be watched only by the front passenger, he informed this is only available on new vogues not the sport. Is this correct? So my tv in the front is pretty useless if it can't be uses in motion for the passenger to see, if this is the case whtas the point? RRS |

Only FFRR have this option. To date. Having a TV to watch while waiting in the car is a good thing, and that's what it's there for. No other use. If you don't like it, don't use it. It's included on all new HSE models.... |

Mmmm steady on, just don't tend to spend any time sitting in the car unless I'm driving it I would have thought that goes for most people? RRS |

Even though the picture goes it is still handy having the sound for listening to the news, chat shows, getting the jist of what's going on etc. and if the rear passengers are watching the same programme they can tell you what you're missing! |

I'm afraid that is the case. The dual view in the FFRR is still an option though so you have to still pay up another £615 on top of the meagre 70 to 90K !! ![]() you can see a clip here - skip to about 1.30mins as the camera pans from one side to the other &feature=related |

Does anyone know how to fit a gas hob in the car, I can't see the point in going to get the weeks shopping and having to wait till I get home to cook it. Don't worry it'll be safe, I'll only be actually cooking when I'm not on the computer or playing on the playstation in the car.

TV reception on the move is pretty ordinary anyway (In Oz). I reckon the only time it would be of use is waiting outside school for kids, or whilst watching kids sport.... Interesting you say the DVD changer is in the glovebox - in my 2011 it is in the boot. I know you can have TV, DVD or AV (PS3 etc) on each screen separately. However you can only have one DVD and one TV channell operational at one time. 2011 TDV6 Luxury - Baltic Blue, Ebony with Contrast Stitch, RSE, Stormers, Towpack. |
